Dr. Stephanie performs a wide array of surgical procedures for dogs, cats and pocket pets, and she is highly qualified to manage soft tissue, some orthopedic, neurologic and oncologic needs of our patients. We offer state-of-the-art technology and advanced techniques for all the procedures we perform.
We begin with a consultation of your animal, including health history, test results and a physical examination of your pet. Then, we create a treatment plan that fits into your pet’s needs. Our staff is here to answer your questions, even after your appointment. We know that surgery is a difficult decision and you may have more questions about the benefits and risks of the procedure.
When you bring your pet to our facility for surgery, we will make sure your pet is comfortable for the procedure. Following the surgery, your pet will rest in our hospital with highly skilled technicians who are trained in the safest care for animals.
When you pick up your pet to go home, our technicians will go over any directives for post-operative care. We tailor a plan for your pet’s individual needs to make sure that he or she heals in comfort.
Post-operative care is essential to the healing of your pet. At Critter Care Center, we provide pain medication to prevent pain and ensure your pet’s comfort after a surgery.
After Surgery Procedures
When you schedule your pet’s appointment for surgery, we will talk to you about arrangements for after care. Some procedures require overnight stay. Please plan accordingly.
